I am an individual artist/small business in Las Vegas. Every piece is handmade and unique with their own variations in size and color. In the nature of handmade objects, each product is completely unique and they all come with their own imperfections.

When you buy a handmade item, you are buying more than a simple object. You buy experiences, experiments, days, weeks, months, and every product you receive comes from the heart & soul of me and Astro.

Then, it’s yours.

  • All Astr Ceramics pieces are made locally in LV. Pieces are fired and glazed with food safe glazes, making them functional for food and drinks.

    Handwash is recommended to help the longevity of the piece, but can be placed in the dishwasher if needed. Our stoneware is capable of handling both hot and cold temperatures. However, when a piece is taken from one extreme temperature to another quickly, it can cause the pottery to crack or break.

    Although each item is functional, they still require some love and care.

  • As soon as payment is recieved, your order will be wrapped up and dropped off to be shipped with USPS within 1-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once this is complete, including a tracking code. All orders are shipped with USPS Priority mail and should arrive within 1-3 business days once shipped.

    If you selected Local Meetup, I will text you within the first 1-5 days of your purchase in order to plan for the pick-up/meet-up. You will receive your order within the week or two depending on our schedule.

  • If the items in your box are damaged or broken, please contact me via email with a photo of the damaged piece, along with the box and packaging attached right away within 48 hours once recieved. Each piece is packaged safely to ensure the safest trip! Please note that each piece can not be replicated, but I can recreate the piece just for you.

  • Let’s work together to create something perfect for you. If something is sold out, I can always re-create it or update any colors. I’m only accepting a few custom orders ranging from cups, pet bowls, or even functional lamps, all you have to do is share your vision with me.

  • Pre-Orders will take approximately 4-6 weeks to ship. I will be working diligently to make sure the piece is exactly what you ordered. You can follow along in the process through my Instagram @Astr.Ceramics.

    You will receive an email when your order is fulfilled and shipping will work the same as any other order.

  • There are no exchanges or refunds, unless your order arrives damaged. All items are final sale. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Commissioned orders are final as well. Please double check your address, as Astr Ceramics is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed, or undeliverable address. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, and is “returned to sender”, Astr Ceramics is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees. We’re happy to ship your package back to a different address, but you will be asked to cover shipping costs for reshipment.
